Based on the b-list on UEFA's site and that squad selection the one potential wildcard could be Phil Foden. Pep's a big, big fan, allegedly. Though even he might be still too young.

I was going to suggest that due to reports in the media of Pep raving about him at the last game, but figured he'd be too young, as you say.

But it's Pep, so you never know.
