Because we have been so good over the last few weeks the press have struggled to hound us and some on here were naive enough to think the tide had changed. The coverage of the clear foul on Silva has shown us all that nothing has changed.
The Raggies lose, quick print Ronaldo/Bale/someone else is signing in January and attack City.

How true MUEN now reporting another Real madrid star (casemiro) is nailed on for january , they are so predictable , the Rags lose to relegation fodder so they cheer up their core readership by penning another fictitious transfer. You can guarantee when Spuds smash them on Saturday , Bale would have signed a pre-contract on Sunday , and the 659m are gullible enough to actually believe it.

Keith Hackett, former referee writing in the Telegraph today:
'Last weekend it was Richarlison’s dive for Watford, and this week it is Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva, for a manufactured exaggeration to win a penalty against Burnley.'
his very next line is
There was contact, for sure, but Silva was looking for it and he was already indicating he was going down.

So Silva saw where the keeper was going to put his leg, even though he was facing the wrong way, and manouvered his body to put his foot it the exact spot where the keeper would land. If he is that clever Silva deserved a Pullitzer prize never mind a penalty. As said earlier, normal service has been resumed.

It's incredible the level of nonsense, having used that foot to win the ball where else was it going to go other than where it went?

On Tuesday the Napoli striker was on his way down even before he made contact with Fernandinho's foot. Did I sleep through the comparable media furore about diving cheating and conning the referee?
