Not got the positional sense to play there.His best and only position is Right Back where he should be playing week in week out for the reserves, until Zab picks up his next inevitable suspension,and then it is up to him to take his chance

Why do people keep saying he's a right back?

He's fecking clueless as a right back. He's inept going forward, can't cross the ball, can't shoot and can't head a ball for toffee if he actually get's into any attacking position. (Not that the latter two are particularly essential, but to be able to cross the ball and not give it away constantly are.) Utterly useless as a right back.

He is a center back, or a car park attendant.

richards is a superb centre half who is going through a bad run of form and the solution is not to start chopping and changing his postion again which is what i believe has contributed to his loss of form in the first place

Micah Richards is an incredible athlete.. but alas a poor centre back.
I had hoped he'd become a decent box to box midfield player but he has no actual ball skills.

We were salivating over his potential...... a year on he's not progressed, regressed if anything.

He's had a poor season yeah as have the majority of our squad under Hughes, what do you expect?
