Most Overrated XI

I saw something like this on twitter, and it got me thinking. What players do you think are either overrated, or overacheiving, in the prem and world football?
for example, my prem team would be:
Courtois
Valencia Bailly Otamendi Shaw
Sissoko Matic
Lingard Rooney Barkley
Vardy

Matic, if anything, is under rated.

You can include Dele Ali and Harry Kane to the list.

I think its a toss up between luiz and ota. Smalling cant get a game for united, so i didnt want to put him in

Rashford is incredibly overrated but genuinely likeable so he gets a pass for me. I'll think about the world one in the morning.

Underrated players, on the other hand, I could fill four or five XI's

I think vardys record stands up to be fair. One dimensional but he has done many defences over recent years including ours on a regular basis.

I'd make smalling or Rooney captain!
