Please bear with me on this one.
This morning was talking to one of my neighbours about city.just the usual thing, swopping opinions and talking about how we would get on today etc.
My neighbour went on to say that he had heard that when the squad were arriving at Manchester Airport from Spain on Friday, all the players were dressed in smart club Suits, Shirts and Ties.

One player took exception to this and dress in his scruffs ( Elano )

I never asked my neighbour where he got the info but i wonder if that was the reson he was left out of the squad today, if this is true i think its a big lack of respect to city.

That was also reported in the media on Friday or saturday

I think if Hughes keeps his job its a cert that Elano will be sold in January

Your neighbour might have read this thread.

thats the one :D

Aaaaaaagggh. I have sussed out the problem. It's nothing to do with Hughes, his bonkers tactics or anything. It's all these decent players isn't it? Twats. Why don't they all fuck off?

i think if elano outstays hughes we`re fucked .Nows the time to get a grip, no matter who you are ,think your bigger than city? not any longer mate fuck off!
i never wanted hughes but its apparent now theres a power struggle and for our sake there can be only one winner the manager

If this is true then just shows poor professionalism, but I just think Hughes needs to realise at the moment that with the predicament we are in, its no time to be picky. I understand he is trying to get a point across but sidelining players may come back to haunt him when he can't persuade any man or dog to join us come january and has to call on these players to do a job that they no longer (if ever) give a rats arse about!

My neighbour is retired and he def does not have the internet so he must have read it somewhere.

I am surprised the manager has not taken a tougher line than this or maybe he has just given up the ghost and is not bothered anymore.

The reason Hughes hasn't dealt with this is because he does not know how to. He has the IQ of a monkey and cannot handle the big players we have at the club.
