The taller one will be a hotel and apartments. The other one will be offices. Bars, restaurants and open areas will fill the gap between them.Sorry if covered, are there plans for what these buildings will contain? Will they just be big office blocks or will they be leisure / entertainment too?

One of our staff had a uni mate at simpsons and got me a tour of the Beetham before it was finished. Fabulous clear crisp sunny day standing on the roof, the views were simply awesome.
