I'd agree, big chances created is a better metric, although there's a lot of contention as to how it's actually defined.

He'd probably have even more .

Shit as Benteke is, he can (kind of) head the ball & we don't have a striker who really tries to get on the end of aerial crosses, plus most teams park the bus v us, but rarely v Palace. KDB would have many more assists for headers if he played in a team with that type of forward, so it would balance out imo.
