I used to like Cheeseman but he's coming off as a fool more and more recently.

The main position they need to upgrade is probably the manager. When a whole team defends as badly as NYC it's not a problem of individuals.

When the opposition has the ball, absolutely no-one seems to have the faintest idea what their defensive role is meant to be.
