Just saw the starting lineups. Kompany back! Also, why are barcodes starting Cisse over Mitrovic? Bet the NC fans are fuming over that one.

Delph on the left is 100% the most logical decision. I called it on page 1. We have NO injuries in central midfield, so it makes sense to play 3 of our 4 CMs to protect other areas of the squad. BUT... we don't want that to be at the expense of playing De Bruyne out of position. So the solution is to play Delph on the left, similar to how we used Fernandinho on the right several times. Makes perfect sense to me.

We'll try! Have a 'Boro fan in work, and I know Sunderland fans don't like Newcastle, but didn't realise 'Boro had a deep seated hatred for them as well!
With the way they are apparently setup it's going to be really important that Navas finds a way to be a menace. KDB is going to have two holding midfielders trying to snuff him out, the space will be out wide and of course Delph will have a hard time exploiting that. Expect this to take a while for us to find an opening, will need to be lethal when it comes
