Next season we need a 20th anniversary play off final away kit

Right because having larger turnover means that we couldn't possibly be in a less financially secure position. Or something.

Glad you've cleared up the "unspeakable truth" that's only supported by the Directors at the time, the Directors after the time, the financial analysts, the former Chairman, our financial accounts from that year and the year before and after.

Revolutionary opinion.

No one said this at the time. All after the event. You could make a good club 'historian' with that level of analysis. The finances were not massively different from Div 2 to Div 1, the sale of kinky, Bradbury and the cost cutting in 1998, and what the club said at the time differs from one Hollywood statement afterwards.

How could we spend millions on players in 1999/2000 if we were so skint? Season tickets went up a tenner didn't they? TV money was less than the million or so ITV digital introduced.

I said this for the past 18 years, and only never met anyone who believed it until some southern guy after the 3-4 at spurs in the cup.

People have been negative about this years kits, grown men worrying about a kit is laughable.

Grown men, women and children caring if their team dress in what basically is it's tribal/regimental colours is part of our natural make up, humams do it for lot's of things throughout the world. our teams should go out in only the best.

Here it manifests in a collective love for a football teams set colours and deviations cause reaction.

Plus people are moaning fuckers in general and you cannot please everybody all the time.
