I was thinking about my players of the season and it dawned on me ota would probably make my top 5 (alongside silva, sterling, sane and someone else).

Is that mental? Anyone agree?

Honestly I think Nico is genuinely quite good and there's not many better Cbs in the league.

Kompany made Lescott look world class. Otamendi is 2x better than Lescott. Nico looks like a world beater alongside Vinny. The same could be applied to Stones.

I think vinny coming back has helped mate but nico has been fantastic over the last couple of months

His performances in the second half of this season have made me revise my opinion of him. Vinnie has definitely helped but he put in some very good performances before Vinnie returned as well.
