    Delph at LB is very odd, to be honest, because he doesn't get forward. In many ways it's like having a wide centre-back, in other ways like a wide-CDM.

    Zinchenko's defensive skills aren't as good (yet) but he's a much more natural attacker. If you look at Clichy, Kolarov, Walker, Mendy, Sagna, Richards and of course Zabaleta, they've all been attacking fullbacks and Zinchenko fits that bill better than Delph.

    I agree with the gist, but to call Sagna attacking is stretching it a bit. :-)
    Think he may have had two assists in his 54 games.

    Very good on the ball but is he going to acquire the defensive skills needed to be a top left back ? I'm not so sure.

    Glad he is having his career back after the horrible loan he had with PSV when they sent him back to their B team.
