It's a fair question, and I don't think Guardiola looks too kindly on that sort of behavior. On the other hand there were some other reports that one of the reasons he went to Dortmund in the first place was a gentleman's agreement that he'd be allowed to leave if an acceptable bid came in from a top club. So who knows what's going on there.

According to Bild, Dortmund have set Barca till the 27th to agree to the fee they are asking for Dembele or he stays. Apparently its not 150m they are after either, but they wouldn't say how much. Assuming its 120-140m but Barca kinda need him because there ain't many options this late.

We had one who took himself off on a golfing holiday a few years back but at least he did come back to help us over the line.
