He, Mowbray and the like are as you say are on a conveyor belt and make a good living being the only managers prepared t work for those clubs managed in this fashion. They know they will never amount to anything but its a good living and the clubs that employ them get what they deserve by setting their sights so low

Totally agree. Huddersfield did the right thing by trying a different approach and appointing Wagner. The Cowley brothers at Lincoln would definitely be worth a punt for a Championship side. Mowbray will go the same way as Coyle, apart from one good season gaining promotion with West Brom, he's done nothing since, even Celtic got shut of him.

Not only that but he is the most miserable uninspiring looking fucker I have ever seen lol! If you were ill and in hospital and he came to visit you then you would feel your time was up!
 
I have no love for the Blackburn fans but imagine being owned by the bloody Venky's.
 
5 managers in 4 years, not the worst but by no means is that a good thing. Venkey's are absolute idiots, Tony Mowbray has to be one of the most uninspired choices out there... jesus, you'd rather go for Alan fucking Curbishley or Glenn Hoddle, neither of which have managed in years! Mowbray has a 40% win rate and has won only a championship trophy in his managerial career, and that was whilst managing fucking Celtic for a year. Can see him being gone by the end of the season, of which he'll probably have taken them down/narrowly avoided relegation.
