Do you reckon if we phase out one spanish-speaking right-back named Pablo and slowly usher this one in then maybe nobody will notice?
Maffeo deserves our first choice spot and will get it in the end, just a matter of when, and with our defence floundering at the moment it might as well be now. He's excellent, as is Garcia, but he's going to have a harder job getting in the team until Silva's a bit older.

It's ridiculous that people want to us to spend shit loads on Bellerin when we have a talented youngster already.Same age as Sané, but because he's from the academy and not bought for shit loads of money he doesn't start games other than the league cup. Joke really. Better than Zab by a mile, and arguably better than Sagna too.
Pep will just ease him now.

He did very well tonight, though he understandably tired as the game went on. With careful management, we could have a special player on our hands.Frighteningly , he looks about 12 years old!

we looked better going to a back 4 again...opened up the midfield a little more and i think that helps...he is a very able replacement and has the pace and tenacity which pep wants

Great defensive performance but didnt offer much going forward with Sagna and Zabs about to draw their pensions he could be the natural successor in a couple of seasons
