Was thinking of making this exact thread! Love the man. I'm really curious if he has coaching or front office ambitions and if we are currently grooming him.

He's not stupid either,he knows there's big things happening with our club,so why leave.

Totally agree. He helped transmit Mancini's 'win' attitude into the players. When we won the FA Cup all our players wanted their picture taken with him in the dressing room after the game.
I think he's learning about all aspects of City, including the youth set-up so he can sell the dream to kids when he takes over. Dare I say like some red nose tw8t in Stretford.

Great guy with intelligence, superb playing record and charisma. A rare combination. Could possibly be a top manager if he goes down that route. Whatever, he has a role to play for us and I'm glad we have him.
