The ET & pens was their added bonus.
Oh & by the way Pep could not give a fuck what the broadcasters, media and supporters from other clubs think about him. He only has one concern, his team, his players & his record which is UNBELIEVABLE!

I thought he was brilliant in his post-match interview with Lineker and Shearer. When Shearer suggested he could have used his squad, he said we tried that against the dippers and were 3-0 down at HT.

We've got a squad of players, but when it comes to this time of the season you need your best players on the pitch and the English football calendar should be supporting English clubs so we have the best chance of progressing.

The extra rest Real had before our game at the Bernabeu didn't seem to do much for them, but that fatigue was in our legs in extra time last week. We had them against the ropes all game, but if we'd have had a bit more rest rather than having played 3 more games than them in the previous 10 days, we probably could have taken advantage of having more energy from retaining the ball all game and gone through.

The PL is apparently the best league, but English teams don't dominate the CL because we get no support domestically to do so. And the FA Cup is also thrown in there at a horrific time.
