Stewards and Police would be on high alert and tension following the Dortmund explosions. Cant the touch the police at any point, joking or maliciously. Just dont do it.
 
Justified. That particular gag is pretty much like giving someone a shove or a slap and unless it was a close mate I'd expect to get twatted for doing it. The copper would probably have preferred to just poke the idiot in the eye or punch him, but then of course the lad would have run straight to the law to get the copper done.

That was a bail condition - he was only banned from the stadium between the Sunderland game and the date that it went to court. They let him off on the football banning order.
 
Stupid thing to do by the fan but a massive over reaction by the police. Wasting their time when they are telling us all the time they are understaffed and also a big waste of our money. Just a strong word would have been the right action. I very much doubt that the copper would have taken the guy to court if he wasnt a copper and had to sue him through the civil courts as a layman. Pretty pathetic when you look at it like that.
