Liverpool looked good against us in the opening quarter of the game, but that was largely because of our attacking intent, which in turn leaves space for teams to exploit. However, today they looked devoid of ideas when there was no space in which to play (still lack genuine creative width) and seemed to rely increasingly on Coutinho to conjure something out of nothing.
I expected Liverpool to resemble Klopp's Dortmund by now, the team that pressed and played us off the park at home, but they look very, very far from that.
