Listening to talk sport yesterday morning and they where asking Danny Higginbotham's opinion on Man Utd at the moment and Paul Pogba , he said something along the lines of , the rags having lost a lot of top players since they last won the league, naming Rio Ferdinand , Scholes , Gary Neville and Vidic as examples. He then went on to say " you cant just replace all that talent with just ONE PLAYER , no matter how much he cost " .
Obviously Higginbothams been in a coma for the last 3 or 4 years, missing the signings of.... David De Geah, Phil Jones, Ashley Young , Angel Di Maria, Luke Shaw, Ander Herrera, Marcus Rojo, Daley Blind, Falcao, Juan Mata, Marouane Fellaini, Anthony Martiall, Morgan Schneiderlin, Memphis Depay, Matteo Darmian, Bastian Sweinsteiger , Henrick Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic among others . Either that or he's not been keeping a close watch on the club he's being asked to comment ons transfer activity , although to be fair when it comes to transfers he's not the only rag that seems to have a very short memory span , when they broke the world transfer record , spending £100 million on Pogba this summer , many of them went off as if it was the first time ever they'd spent big money on transfers
