Cant find the original topic, but just wanna thank everyone for their suggestions as I have now finally sorted it(albeit through wiping the computer and starting again).
I have also discovered a program that is a MUST GET. Its called 'Acronis True Image", it is awesome and will help anyone who cant get their computer to load up. It lets you save the settings on your computer and instead of formatting and reinstalling windows, there will be an F11 option when you first turn your computer on which restores the computer to the way it was before the problems occurred!
