reclaiming bank charges

can anyone tell me if it is possible to reclaim the unlawfull overdraft fee's more than once. I did it quite succsesfully a year or two ago but the charges are mounting up again now and i find my self stuck in the age old problem of the charges from the month before putting me over on this month. This months charges will amount to £120 and I just cant afford to be lossing that sort of money. HELP!!!

Threaten to close your account and report them to the Financial Ombudman.

If your letter was anything like my settlement letter that i had to sign and send back, then it basically says that you hereby agree to not claim again etc.

any claims now are all on hold pending the banks appeal against the ruling earlier in the year. Rumour is the hold is going to run for at least a year before you can make a claim.

I got paid out a month before they put it on hold. 4800-00 twas very nice indeed.
