Recommend me a good orthopedic mattress.

Tempur Classic mattress. Not cheap but worth every penny. We finally renewed our last one after 16 years. Got a new one and it's so comfy. Not a single pain or twinge. Get one mate!
 
The Sealy Posturepedic mattresses are superb. I bought the Millionaire with the firm option, My first thoughts were this is rock hard. Now any other bed doesn`t seem thinkable.
 
As you do a lot of driving do consider your car seat, i had muscular back problems which i finally traced back to having a seat that had minimal lumbar support. My bed is a firm IKEA foam type mattress with a memory foam mattress topper, absolutely no probs now. Good luck in your search.
