It's not so bad when you consider we had several seasons of building after the takeover, & recently 3 seasons of Pellegrini.

We have turned over the rags, Arse, Spurs & Chelsea on numerous 'big' occasions.

Liverpoool is the one we have constantly fucked up.

Good job we're not playing them today then.

Even the odd scoreline of four goals conceded doesn't reflect a battering. We concede at a whim - Monaco the most recent example - where we have mangled a team but failed to put away fairly decent chances. Winning the title is just about maximising points. Conte's relief yesterday shows that to most teams the manner of winning is irrelevant, it's the points total on the way home that cheers up the fans.
