Was in the north stand right next to the away fans, I remember the Anelka goal and being frozen to the spot when it went in wit emotion and shock, I couldn't cheer or anything as nothing was coming out. Great game , great result and we followed it up with a 1-0 home defeat to Charlton. That's the city I love ha ha.
What a game and what a finale of a Maine Road derby that was. I've had a panoramic picture made of a photo I took from my seat as a memento. Wiekens and Foe were sensational that day.
