Agree he would do us a great job. He is a great passer, works hard, great attitude and person to have in the dressing room and he is a free kick specialist who scores a fair few from midfield. IMO he is a better option than Parker.

Yeah, and his attitude and professionalism would be a good influence on the younger players. He's played at every level of the English game and doesnt take Premier League football and £30,000 a week as a given. This guy goes out to EARN his wages on the pitch.

vassell's our resident gentleman. why can't we have a timely dose of ambition

Haha, yeah but Bullard is dangerous to the opposition defenses rather than beneficial to them! (in the case of Vass!) And that finish against us at Craven Cottage was quality!

Haha. I can actually see that happening.
Holding up the city shirt, cheesy grin on Hughes's face as he signs a top star!! Jimmy Bullard holding part of the shirt with his left hand and a can of Red Bull in his right hand :)

What are the negatives of signing Bullard as a short term squad player exactly? Except that he isn't a player AL-Fahim mentioned? I think that tool has corrupted a few blues mins over the types of players we'll sign. We need regular European football to snare world stars on a regular basis.

Spot on. Corruption is the answer to it.

i think hughes' draining stranglehold on any ambition has corrupted a few peoples minds.
