Piss poor excuses after seeing how badly they struggled at Newport. Rochdale play on it every other week so it can hardly be a death trap. Soft **** just wants an easier tie

Wasn't there being only seven but Bert Trautmann's City played at Southend in the Cup when they covered the pitch in sand with sea shells in it. (Any City supporter who made it there would've done even better than York away.)

luton and oldham plastic pitch was shocking and when the wind got up at oldham the keeper would kick it out knowing the bonce would take over it was also a skin burn waiting to happen i remember a player leg being opened up with a burn if it was a oldham player

It was great to play cricket on though, except when Andy Goram hit me out of the ground in 1989 in a charity match
