Could be the same title that Paddy had, Head of Academy,but not really sure what title Wilcox had until now.

Well Wilcox is the under 18's coach. I am wondering if he has been promoted to the EDS coach.

Yep,that was the report from various sources yesterday.

Its a great move regards Wilcox if true,i really think he has all the attributes to be a top coach,more importantly it appears our youngsters do to.

Borrell is obvioulsy very highly repsected and regarded,more news that bodes very well!.
