Would have been better off going to Spurs imo.

I thought that he wanted to go there and that was the reason for him not joining Chelsea in the Summer

The reason he didn’t join Chelsea was because he had a long term injury, Chelsea told him to go back to Liverpool and be with his family and get Everton to pay his wages, now he’s back signed and his agent walks off with £7m

In his younger days he was regarded as an all-round midfielder as was tagged as the next Bryan Robson. I guess Conte could try to change him back to that type of role.

What a terrible thing to label him with.
