If he went to Liverpool he's the type of c*nt who could put in indifferent performances most of the season but when it came to playing us he'd be determined to have a 10/10 game and stick to us.
 
2 year loan deal is basically a permanent transfer as he has 2 years left on his contract. at least we won't be in this position trying to shift him next summer.

says it all that a team i have barely heard of comes in for him. wasted his career away.

Played for 2 top teams in England and a top Spanish team
 
Shame he never really filled his true potential with us, his understanding with Yaya in particular was outstanding. Many fond memories of him and wish him all the best for his future but it looks like his career is just petering out.
