I use Netflix on my PC and get this annoying screen tearing. My GPU is a GTX 660 it's up to date. Any suggestions?

"It's been plaguing me since I built my PC. It only happens when streaming HD video, like from Netflix or youtube. Games all ran fine, and the few that didn't were fixed by turning v-sync on in the in-game menus.
I was searching, again, for a solution and was messing around with settings in the Nvidia control panel and discovered that switching aspect ratio enforced scaling to the GPU instead of the display solved all my problems. I finally can watch Netflix on my computer now."
I didn't think it would be your download speed TBH but bugger me that's fast.Alright mate thanks for the replies I'm using Chrome when I looked at the forced scaling option I don't get the option to switch it to the GPU sadly its not there. So I think I'm buggered. I'm on Fiber down speed came back as 160Mb up speed as 10Mb.
Cheers mate I'll give it a go!Actually there's a couple of links in there that specifically mention Chrome and the latest Nvidia drivers: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/3a5z4d/windows_8_google_chrome_gtx_970_videos_have/ & https://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments/3a92vn/horizontal_screen_tearing_only_on_chrome/
Maybe try a different browser.
