Silverlight Issue

Hi All

I'm having an issue with any Silverlight video. it will buffer and then crash saying "application will now terminate"

When i've googled it the main issue seems to be with Windows 10 Date & Time settings. I have tried adjusting these as recommended in various forums but I'm still getting the error

Any ideas??

Tried both IE 11 and Firefox, same error on both

Suggest uninstall and then reinstall..
