There have been lots of posts on this subject on this forum but I like to keep simple!
I am not going to talk about players just proven formations etc.
Home 4-4-2
Goalkeeper - Class experienced- Full backs – good defenders who can attack- Centre defenders – as it says on the tin defenders
Midfield – right/ left t sided/ winger – who can defend also – centre mid – one who defends and can pass well- one who is box to box and basically do everything defend and score
Forwards one who is a Big target man and scores goals – one Smaller Goal poacher
Away 4-5-1 swap one of the forwards for another all purpose Midfielder
Cover is needed for all positions and whoever we buy should be an improvement on what we have got
Why have we lost games this season? We cant defend free kicks corner etc – should be simple to sort out ?
Why have our defence been put under pressure – we have had nobody covering our left back ( Bridge, Garrido or Ball) they have all been struggling if you listen to some people!
Keep it simple! Buy players to suit us not just names! Comments please?
