It's not a board setting, it's an individual setting. You need to go into your User Control Panel, then Board Preferences (I think it's called) and change the timezone for your membership. You are correct, just been into user Control Panel and unchecked Daylight Saving box, time is now correct. Appologies to Ric for suggesting he hadn't changed it.
