All this about our "squad" being great is rubbish. Just like town in summer appears to be full of far better looking women than in winter. Not true - just they wear less clothes so it seems they are better looking - similarly everyone thinks we have a better squad - not true - just more expensively assembled and higher paid

Souness is probably now the best pundit of the ex pro's hearing him talk then the likes of shearer,camelgob,scholes,Owen and so on ,you would think in comparison they had never played the game before,souness calls it as it is and even his team Liverpool get it from him as well top top player in his day and top of the pundits by far...

easily the best pundit on any channel , straight talking and no sucking up to anyone, he should be a regular on sky , I could listen to him anytime . even when hes slagging city off ,its because they deserve it and its constructive , ..top man
