neymar will buy his way out of this , just like Messi he will receive a massive fine (which Barca will probably pay) he will never go to jail .But Barca are complicit in this fiasco so why have'nt UEFA kicked them out of europe ? , imagine if we had committed this type of fraud we would have been banished to the Vanarama nothern premier reserve walking league.
