Saw this _rticle today. City get a bit of attention in it.

Apologies if it's already been posted...

Brilliantly manages to turn a positive about City into a negative with a stroke of the pen. If he's a City fan, he's a very naive one. Why on Earth would a gamer sponsored by City want to choose famous rags for his team ? And if that's the sort of question he's going to ask, I wouldn't want him anywhere near my player either.

Hattenstone's one of that breed of City "fans" like Colin Schindler and David Conn, whose political consciousness is at odds with our wealth and success. He's had several previous digs. Sad really........

He could have not mentioned that part but instead felt the need to mention that the press officer shut it down, which looks odd.

I don't see a problem in him picking Charlton, offhand, other than to give a needy hack a reason to turn it into a story.

He'll have no problem getting tickets if he picks Sir Bobby

Terrible that a journalist would have a moral compass ... tbh thought it was a bit pathetic of press officer to close down the interview
