Ah; maybe we've got to the root of Edin's pre-season malaise.Just don't run mate, problem gone, you can thank me later
Get yourself to A&E at the MRI. Once they've looked at it you can get an appointment at the specialist Ankle Clinic. Sorted.Having huge problems trying to get over a sprained ankle - rolled it about 2 months ago and every time I think it is fully healed and I try and run on it it literally turns over at right angles to my leg and the pain is outrageous.
I have done all the ice, raise and writing letters with my toes but seriously it is getting no better at all.
Anyone any advise or I am destined to never run on it again? Or if you have had one how long did it take to heal??
Plus you get a snack when it's mended.wrap it with a naan bread soaked in curry oil, works a treat.
I go over on my ankle at least once a week. Once they go, it becomes a common thing. P.S, I can think of very few reasons to run and all of them involve being a little kid.
Very true, Ive torn my ligaments in my left ankle twice in my teens and I fuck it up frequently at football now a few years on. I can run, swim, cycle etc no problem but the turning and twisting/kicking the floor by mistake and fat fucks kicking at them show its delicacy all too often. Blasted thing.
