Stadium Expansion (Confirmed)

Just had a call off the club giving me the hard sell to put my £100 deposit down, felt it was a bit much really. Women on the phone was saying a third of the new tickets are already sold out and demand has been 'unreal' and I need to put down the money down now not to miss out. Felt like saying, if it's so popular, why are you ringing me up??!

I also had the call - to both my home number and mobile numbery - this is because I have a couple of Blue Cards as well as a Seasoncard - all sounds a bit desparate to me - maybe the sheikh really has said you can't have both ends unless you can prove the demand is there!

You can finally see the relationship between the torsion ring and the new roof sections on this picture

After looking at this new mock up, I am none the wiser as to whether the East and CB Stands at both ends of Level 3 are having some kind of minor extension. I suspect not, but both artist impressions realeased to date appear to show minor lengthening of Level 3.

Is it just a crap artist impression or will a small amount of extra seats be added?

I sit in 309 currently and when you look over the very end wall you can see it could have tapered down further as the supports are there. The problem for me would be chopping through 2 feet of reinforced concrete wall to gain access to no more than 150 extra seats!

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Still think it looks brilliant, also maybe coming round to the idea of the away fans being over 3 tiers.

If demand is phenomenal there is scope to fill up the tapered down sides of East and CB so that the seats go back all the way along as high as they currently do in the centre blocks but I got the impression that this is thought unlikely.... Yet
