Strawberry Studios (10cc) exhibition at Stockport library

The exhibition is on the ground floor of the (excellent) Stockport museum, you could easily spend three or four hours looking around, it is less than five minutes walk from Stockport train station.

I would highly recommend a visit for any 10cc or Joy Division fan. (It is free and the exhibition is on for a year)

Damn! I'd give a lot to see that. I love Peter Hook's story about working in the studio. They knew they were running out of money when the complimentary wine disappeared. So they knew it was time to move on!

There's a talk at Stockport Museum this Saturday 11th February: Strawberry Studios 'Fruits of Success', presented by Strawberry Studios Historian, Peter Wadsworth. It's advertised as 2 pm, but is full. They've added an extra slot at midday; I've just booked, and have been told there are more spaces.
