My Talk Talk broadband started to deteriorate 24 hours ago and finally crashed last night. Router has a Red light on "power" and Orange on "internet". Talk Talks' help webpages and phone help suggest they are aware of connectivity problems for some customers and red lights on routers and suggest rebooting the router ( no shit Sherlock!). Obviously I have tried this n number of times and checked all the usual cable/ power supply etc stuff. Anyone else in the same boat and or know of a fix e.g. Factory reset?
