How Piccadilly Gardens could be turned into a green paradise!

A cyclist company (Ribble Cycles) has proposed plans to make Piccadilly Gardens a green area for cyclists, stating that if the government and local councils work together, futuristic plans like the ones shown in the article below could one day be a reality.

I for one welcome the plans, anything to get rid of that fucking ridiculous wall and to modernise town a bit more!
