Use a tea plate for all yer meals and not a dinner plate!
I used to run 50+ miles a week, every week and was overweight. You honestly do all that cardio and have problems with your weight?
You must be drinking ALOT if that is the case.
Good luck :)
It's not quite as simple as that, the ideal is a good combination of the two for people who are into general fitness and weight lossI'm pretty sure the standard advice nowadays for losing fat (i.e. not losing weight) is to do weights, rather than kill yourself with cardio. I had a friend who won a competition for transforming your body. He got a bodybuilder to help him and the first thing he did was get him on the weights. The second thing he did was get him eating properly. I think the science is that if you have more muscle, you burn more calories as part of your normal activity (i.e. breathing, pumping blood, walking around).
*coughs* went to the gym Sunday and over did it a little... felt like 5 of my ribs had been punched in.... got home yesterday from work... bottle of wine, one beer and a handful of Bombay mix nuts. Are you still fat MES? :)
