Golovkin fights Daniel Jacobs at MSG early hours live on Boxnation. Not seen the undercard but know Andy Lee makes a return.

Andys been out for over a year. He cant afford to lose another fight or he may as well retire. Been in some good fights. His fight with BJS in which he lost he should of won that fight only for a nightmare round 3 where he went down twice in that round. I dont know if he still has the heart to keep on fighting will find out sooner or later. He will always get on the cards in the US as he can be a exciting fighter to watch. His chin isnt the greatest but he can bang.

I knew it... HBO's biggest draw wont lose a close fight even if he really should. Jacobs won for me.

I will watch it again but Jacobs looked to be outboxing him(simply looked the better boxer) far too many rounds for those score cards to be taken seriously, this head movement that people said would be there when he needed it wasn't, Brook showed it, it was nothing to do with not respecting his power he couldn't handle the speed.

Gutted for the lad, i thought he may have nicked it. Hopefully he'll be back and may get another chance, but he will have to stop G which won't be easy.

No point fighting GGG if you cant fight for the belt. Jacobs done well in the fight granted but he couldnt make the weight limit for the title. I read somewhere that he decided to go in over weight so he could have a better chance against GGG. Thats the main reason why Andy Lee was on the under card in the build up just incase GGG and Jacobs didnt happen. Fair fucks to GGG he took the fight and won it. It was close but I had GGG up by 1 to the max of 2 rounds in the end.
This fight now sets up GGG V Canello hopefully fingers crossed it goes ahead. As for Jacobs move up to Super Middleweight as he cant seem to make the Middleweight limit it seems or he didnt want to try and make that weight against GGG.

It was just the IBF belt that wasn't on the line. They insist on a weight check the morning of the fight and the fighters can be no more than 10lbs I think overweight. Basically Golovkin fought a light Heavyweight last night cos Jacobs would of rehydrated up to 175lbs+ easy.

I had Golovkin winning by 2. The stats say he threw and landed nearly 150 more punches during the fight.
