It's a programme looking at the families of all those killed in Iraq and Afganistan. Goes through every man and woman killed so far, and their lives.

Probably the most moving and thought-provoking television I've seen for many years. These days the death of a solider in Iraq or Afganistan is merely another headline to which you don't think about. But having watched this you know that it means another family will be visted by the army Chaplain, will go through the emotions, will have to explain to the children what's happened and have to live with the loss for the rest of their lives.

We don't realise how lucky we are to have people like this looking out for us. And when they go, we should do more to help those left behind.

was really moving. its unbelievable what they do for us. the bit where that guy was shot and his mother was watchin the video of it all happening (ithink his name was chris grey) was very upsetting.
