..has had his knockers on here esp one I remember where some fella made out he would eat his hat if the lad ever scored for us - well since his renaissance (and in fairness there were those that said give the kid a chance) ive found that although his first touch isnt great (but not as bad as wankjani) he will be a real handful and if danny, jo and ched are all out with injuries, lets give him another chance.. oh and by the way... BRING BACK OUR SVEN ASAP!!!
 
Have to say he looked a different player today. More direct, and a lot more confident.

Good to see.
 
He should start v Hull. The confidence on him must be sky high.

only pleasant surprise in the last couple games. physically, he's a beast, and he's got one thing none of our other strikers (except for Robinho on a good day) seem to have lately--composure. he doesn't shit his pants and kick the ball sky high when he's in front of the goal, he does things with the ball that may be pretty... or not... but they at least might work.

hope we see more of him.
