Seems logical to me boss, we make more celebs each year so stands to reason as the years go on the annual toll will rise year on year.

I think it's a combination of that and that a lot of people on here are of an age where many of the famous people from their youth are getting on in years.

A few of the sixties and seventies rock and roll lifestyle crowd starting to thin out. And I don't mean Terry Wogan. Most of the 'early' (in their 50's/60's) deaths probably hit either the booze or drugs too hard for too long.
Fuck it - who wants to have no fun and end up like Prince Philip or Bruce Forsythe?
