Yet we still have people suggesting this was in some way 'wrong' and a breach of internet privacy. What the fuck? We're not talking about somebody watching a movie on kodi, or the footy match on a Saturday. We're talking about hundreds of paedophiles now more likely to be prosecuted, or at the very least curtail their disgusting pasttime. Who can disagree with that, or wish that it shouldn't have happened?

No that's the exact opposite of what's happened.

Hundreds of paedophiles are now able to walk away knowing exactly how they were caught and with the knowledge how to evade this in the future because the FBI were too stupid to follow the law. Now instead of being behind bars, they're going to go underground and they're going to find more children to rape and torture and they're going to film it and share it online. And they're going to be able to do this securely because the FBI decided to hack their computers.

There's also hundreds of paedophiles who now have access to more material to share on other sites because the FBI instead of doing actual Police work, decided they'd host child porn and let people download it from their servers for a time and operated 23 separate sites to do this.

Imagine being a now adult victim here. Not only do you have to suffer the daily humiliation of knowing that the video of your rape is getting traded around like currency, but now you hear that it has been done with taxpayers money and gained absolutely nothing from it. Taxpayers money being used to host and distribute child pornography.

Why can't they just shut down the whole world of TOR and Dark Web?? Granted I'm no expert but anyone who needs to hide behind VPNS and the like must be up to no good

Censorship I kind of get as someone mentioned before about Vietnam having censorship around election time but although ethically you may think it's not right, legally that censorship is law
