Ticket points for those who relocated

When I renewed I got my 980 points added straight away.
When I relocated they removed them and to date ive only had the 600 points for the cup schemes added so am 380 points short.
Is anyone else who relocated still waiting for points to be added?

Same thing has happened to daughter number 1 whereas Mrs sf, daughter number 2 and son have all had their points added, although they haven't had to relocate.

I've got them mate. They gave them to me to look after for you.

They are being distributed to all of us in supporters clubs to allow us to catch up and make it fairer for all.
