Turkey Shoots Down War Jet on Syrian Border

They are welcome to Turkey. Ghastly country with untrustworthy people who like a knife or two and will use them, especially if you are a football fan.

I like Turkish fans, especially the Trabzbonspor lot.

They are a fucking sight better than Russians, who are most definitely the most obnoxious of people, Turkey taking over Russia would be far more preferable,

5 holidays I've had in Turkey and never had an issue to be honest.

That said, with regards to the government they do seem to have some kind of murky truce with ISIS because they share a common enemy in the Kurds and this isn't exactly helping matters.

If they do, then they're idiots. Neither Turkey or the Saudi's of any country should want to see ISIS succeed seeing as their long term goals will always be taking control of Istanbul and Mecca.

M18CTID never said that, he said the turks want ISIS to suceed against the Kurds their common enemy. I agree with him I think Ideally the Turks would like ISIS and the Kurds to obliterate each other,

Is this incident really about incursions into the Turkish airspace Cellarites ?
Or did the Turks take this aggressive action because of Russia bombing it's neighbouring Turkmen
Regardless I feel it was a spineless low life cowardly and aggressive attack on Russia.
Putin feels a sense of betrayal because he has indeed been mercilessly stabbed in the back in his brave quest to wage war on terror.
A radar lock would have sufficed or a brace of fighters to escort them away
The SU24 crashed into Syrian landscape and Turkey acted recklessly in this current dangerous climate
Almost preplanned but that would be far too preposterous to imagine ?
God speed Assad and Putin in their quest to extinguish the warped evil cult of death that is isis

Why do we never ever learn eh ?
Regime change all over again and the hamster wheel turns full circle once more.
I think it high time the west winds in it's neck and concentrate it's efforts wholeheartedly
on eliminating the worlds real enemy isis.

Turkey was only invited to join our alliance to provoke the Russians during the cold war
A Nato ally that is thousands of miles east of the Atlantic and bears no affinity with us.
It was just mentioned that yesterday Nato members failed to come out with a unifiered show of support to Turkey following an emergency meeting on Tuesday .There were also serious concerns about Turkish conduct and total discard about the crash site location.
Serious concerns indeed ! Ahmet you are a fooking madman and a cockwomble.
That is all for now.
The Russian's brought it on themselves. The only surprise is that it took so long for someone to literally tell them to fuck off and stop testing air defence of NATO countries.

Both pilots, as opposed to one, would be alive tonight if they hadn't tried testing Turkey, yet again.
